Itinerary for landscape tour

Day 1

Hallerbos

the tour also starts in the beautiful Hallerbos, where you can admire the purple carpet of hyacinths during the period from mid-April to early May. Outside the hyacinth season, the tour goes on to the High Fens.

Day 2

High Fens

The Hoge Venen has a lot of unique spots to offer that is worth seeing for photographers, such as the Bayehon waterfall, the second-largest waterfall in our country.

Day 3

Perlenbachtal

The journey continues to Perlenbachtal. This place has a large forest where photographers can indulge themselves for hours and play with the light and sun falling through the beautiful pine trees.

Day 4

Haspengouw

Haspengouw is known for its beautiful blossoms that can be admired in April and May and its hectares full of orchards. Also during other months, it is very beautiful because of the row of fruit and orchards.

Day 5

Borgloon

The next day is spent driving to ‘Rivierenpark de Maasvallei’, a varied landscape where the Maas runs straight through. The day ends in Borgloon, with a sunset through the see-through church “Reading between the lines” and the beautiful surroundings.

Day 6

Heuvelland

This day will be spent in Heuvelland in Limburg, characterised by its hilly landscape, it is one of the most beautiful places in Belgium and therefore definitely worth a visit for photographers and a nice ending to this tour.

Day 7

Heuvelland

On the last day, you will get a last chance to capture the beautiful landscapes of Limburg's Heuvelland. After this, it is time to return to the airport.

Good to know

Pick-up and drop-off of the van are at a carpool parking near Brussels Airport.
Transfer from and to Airport is included.
The tour is done independently. Locations and routes are found in our roadbook and pre-programmed in the van’s GPS.
Travelling in a group is possible, but there’s a maximum of 4 passengers per van.
Camping spots are reserved close to the photography sites, so there’s no need to park next to the road.
For those who want extra guidance, we offer the services of local guides per day. This is excluded from the tour price and is an extra option.
